The Baobab Home relies on the generosity of individuals like you to sustain our mission. Your donations directly fuel our efforts to:

Pay our farmers: Keep our farm thriving to nourish the community.
Provide Education: Offer life-changing opportunities for children.
Ensure Healthcare for staff: Guarantee that every employee and their family has medical insurance and social security.

$25 Support our classroom maintenance with all the little things not included in the STA sponsorship: photocopies, posters for the walls, reading books, and whiteboards.
$50 Our farm is growing and our staff We have forty six cows, more than sixty chickens, and two guard dogs. All need daily food and regular vet check-ups. Donations also help us maintain the cowshed and poultry.
$100 Healthy food for everyone! A 100 kg bag of rice or beans costs us $135 USD and can feed students, teachers and staff for three and a half days
$250 Help us help those who are in need in our community. We provide money for health care emergencies, and sponsor some teenagers through secondary school.
$500 Salaries are our biggest expense. We proudly employ 35 Tanzanians and provide the legally required retirement and family health benefits. Thirty five families extends our reach to hundreds of people.
