Sometimes our guests like to bring gifts, for which we are very grateful! Some helpful ideas are: washing powder, ugali flour, beans, coconuts, toothpaste, sugar, tea, fruit. Please avoid bringing soda, candy, bottled juice, small plastic toys that break easily
Our address is Plot 1 Sanzale, Bagamoyo but that’s not very helpful when trying to find us. When Google updates their satellite picture of us, we will post a map but for now, the old fashioned directions.
DIRECTIONS TO BAOBAB HOME AND STEVEN TITO ACADEMY
Coming from Dar Es Salaam: When coming from Dar es Salaam along Bagamoyo Road, you will reach the new Bagamoyo roundabout before entering the town. From this roundabout, turn left on the Msata Road. You’ll stay on this for about 7 kilometers until you see a big blue warehouse on the left. Just before you reach the warehouse, turn right onto a dirt service road. Take that exactly 9/10 of kilometer if you are going to Baobab and 1.2 kilometers if you are going to the Steven Tito Academy.
Coming from Msata: Coming from Msata you will be looking for the area called “Gatini” before entering Bagamoyo town. It is a checkpoint for trucks coming through with cargo. As you approach Gatini, but before you pass it, you will see a big blue warehouse on your right. Turn left directly opposite the warehouse. Take that exactly 9/10 of kilometer if you are going to Baobab and 1.2 kilometers if you are going to the Steven Tito Academy.
